Tack Box Treasures

BM6A0709

Every equestrian has a few of her favorite things tucked away in her tack box! Here are my favorites:

Grooming Supplies

Horse Treats

Horse Supplements

I combined these three supplements with vegetable oil and a smidge of molasses in a monthly batch, which is dispensed in a 1/2 cup portion at AM feedings.

I soak one serving of the beet pulp in a container in my tack trunk and distribute the following day (or two days later) after a session with my horse.

  • Beet Pulp* for gastric ulcer support, be sure to soak in warm water until pellets are soft and drain off excess water
